The pictures below show that my black iPod is packaged in apples branded box with the manual while the one from this seller is not. The home button on the iPod is different from the official one I have. You can tell by the fact that the button is harder to press and has a concave. This concave shows a bit of the underside of the screen. Started it up the day it arrived & had no problems getting it linked to my account & getting the backup downloaded to it. Have my iTunes music in my car & it also helps that I can get my work email/Teams messages on this iPod Touch. Was a great transaction experience! I also use it as a back up camera if I'm at an event or theme park - still better than handing someone my camera! Thanks!

Over time I guess I wore it out & started having problems with it - sound issues, etc. (I took the old one out of a protective case & the battery pushed open its own case - had this happen with an iPhone before) When I saw you had new ones available I decided to grab one & I love it. Thanks to you I can continue to enjoy my iPod.
