Buyer chose the free/slower shipping option but complained incessantly when USPS took 3 days longer than expected (the listing clearly states that delivery times are NOT guaranteed for non-expedited shipments). Buyer insisted that the package was lost (which it wasn't) and even made threats demanding a refund. Now he wants to purchase more items but is blocked from doing so. This is not someone we care to do business with.
