The only way I found to get it on was to have the dish and wings facing my belly then pulling the other side up while pressing into my body. I'm not returning it because I don't think there are any other options out there but I wouldn't purchase this again. The model number on my dish is 234 (without the PC) so I don't know if this is really for a different dish.
