I wanted a flat lid for my Corning Ware so they would take up less space in the frig (making them stackable). These lids also will make it easier to take them to potlucks, etc. It’s great that there are two lids! They are brand new, and the fit is perfect. They arrived in a timely fashion. No complaints re: this purchase.
