The seller told me it had been and the status was never changed. Postal system assured me it was never received. I had to continue to pressure the seller before they finally issued me a refund. At this point I read the negative reviews and it was all the same experience as mine. Of course it's easier to read some negative feedback left during a difficult period than to read more than 60,000 positive ones
