I also noticed a scratch and blemish on the flimsy acrylic panel, fortunately for me, it’s not as noticeable with the picture I’m using the frame for.

The first frame arrived slightly damaged despite excellent packaging. Upon notification the seller apologized and immediately express shipped a replacement, which arrived in perfect condition. What more could a buyer ask? I have purchased numerous picture frames from Craig with excellent results (no previous damage either). This seller is highly recommended!
