It's not the problem that we remember it's how the problem was resolved and this was first class customer service. A service that some may like to follow. Highly recommended seller. Pity there aren't more stars I could give. Thank you.

Packaging left a lot to be desired, one box arrived semi intact but the other box was totally undone, chalk in smaller pieces and a lot of dust. Perhaps it had been rough treated via the mail system.
