Ordered on June 5 and was delivered on June 19. Never had such a long wait time in the past. Coffee product is good and would like to continue to be a customer but way too long to wait for delivery. It didn't get posted for shipping, feel it is not the fault of UPS. Well-packaged and was as described in ad.

They shared that they moved to a new facility and were behind in their order fulfillments. They apologized but, offered no other assistance. Week later, I contacted them again and same story.
