Gave them the benefit of the doubt because of Christmas but contacted them in January as hadn’t received. Got told post office had lost it and we will resend. One week latter still no sign of it. Messages ignored so got eBay involved . 27 days after ordering informed by eBay I’m being refunded. Did they have it in stock to start with ? No way to run a buy. Won’t be bothering again

After a brief swap of messages with the seller, he has apologised for the lost item, provided a refund and said I can keep the item if it ever turns up (over 3 weeks later and still no sign of it!!) Great customer service though - can't fault them for that and would definitely recommend the seller in future

That's what I call great customer service. I will re order the items, hopefully, with more luck this time.
