The box was slightly damaged due to transit, but the frames were packaged so securely, that none of the frames were damaged. The directions for adding d hooks and trying the wires were easy to follow. Only down side was 2 frames came with sawtooth hardware and not the d rings and wire, but that is an easy fix.

The frame itself was perfect and looks beautiful. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly and will be sending me a new one asap. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on buying a few more from them in the near future. I'm giving them a dive star rating because although the item was damaged, they resolved the matter swiftly and I didn't have to do a return.
