We are trying to work out to change the about us information on this ebay store to reflect changes we are having to make due to ebay's ridiculously punitive cost structure these days. eBay are losing market share & are a cash strapped corporation so they charge existing sellers & buyers more because they're too dumb & lazy to work out how to grow market share. Any clues how to change the about us info ebay / anyone?

You demanded a full refund without any return and chose not to send any images to assess. Your feedback is malicious because we upheld ebay policy & stopped your fraud. We work so hard to be fair
