UPS not so gentle with big things you guys need to take this into consideration.

They sent wrong laptop that was quite a bit better than the one i ordered. Contacted Newegg and they offered for me to keep the laptop, as the one i ordered was no longer available. This saved quite a bit of hassle. Newegg has always gone up and above what i have expected. As for me, Newegg rocks.
