She told me the fan i ordered couldn t be found & offered me 2 free fans if i accepted the alternate fan. I accepted & she switched the order. When i got it, it was disappointing. It looked better in the photo than in reality. Fortunately she s letting me exchange it & she did send 2 free fans since she didn t have the original one.
