Three times I have not received what I have asked for. Three times I have had to return for a refund and re-order. Despite my better judgement I am giving them another chance to fulfill this order correctly. But I have to say that if I have to return a fourth time I am going to give up on them for eternity.

It was returned straight away in the same condition as it was received - there were no tags which probably suggests it is not a first return of this particular item due to incorrect description.
