The first time I paid over $400 to get 12 frames sent to me. Unfortunately, they only sent three frames. Contacted customer service and they sent out the remaining nine frames but it was in the wrong color. By this time it was January 27 and I needed to hang the show no later than the 28th. They sent out a replacement, and this time it was correct.

The frame itself was perfect and looks beautiful. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly and will be sending me a new one asap. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on buying a few more from them in the near future. I'm giving them a dive star rating because although the item was damaged, they resolved the matter swiftly and I didn't have to do a return.
