Joe's instructions are easy to follow through the numerous steps needed to dissemble the radio to gain access to the circuit board where the lamps are mounted. I removed the six lamps and resistors and installed the six blue LEDs and the necessary 3 resistors. The radio now looks great and up to date. And the LEDS should last a long time.
