I initially requested an exchange and messaged the seller, but since I didn’t hear back right away, I went ahead and initiated a return. The seller processed the refund smoothly, which I appreciated. And the listing said "new," so I was surprised by the condition; it may be due to long-term storage, but it's something to be aware of.

The seller made sure to package the screen with care to ensure it would not be damaged during shipping.
