Unfortunately the record was received with scratches on both sides of it. Although I was disappointed, I immediately contacted the seller about the issue and he apologized and with no questions asked refunded my money in full and told me to keep the record and stated that this must have been a oversight and wants his customers to be happy. I really appreciate the way this seller handled the issue!
