They were clear about what steps they would take to package the CRT (a massive old TV) to make sure it wouldn't break in packaging. They put a lot of care into it and really know how to take care of the product. This was a big deal because the last time I purchased a CRT on eBay it arrived broken. This product arrived perfectly and they were good to work with.
