I guess the seller ships every order once a week, so you may have to wait a little for your order to be dispatched but as soon as it got dispatched shipping information and tracking was readily available. For Switzerland I had to pay importation duties. Great experience overall though, would buy again from this seller.

However, one thing I think they really need to improve is communication with buyers. I sent messages but never received any replies, which at times made me worried and even consider canceling the order. I did send some queries and thought my parcel wasn’t coming but it came and is as described. Would really recommend! Packaging was safe, free postage and absolutely worth the money.
