Contacted the seller and explained what I received, they were very helpful and determined to make it right. Communication between us was very good. A full refund was offered after recovering the item or they could send the item I originally purchased after recovery. I ended up with a refund and shipped the item back with no additional cost.

I was thanked for my patience, and given another apology. I received my item a couple days later. Nice customer service, and a great tool.
