    The listing for this kit said it was new and unopened. When it arrived, I found that it had been opened and that the gold cording, sequins, and 3 bells were not in the package. The bells were clearly visible in the listing. I contacted the seller to ask if these items could be sent separately, but I got no reply. Returns are not accepted. I’m disappointed. I could have purchased the same kit with all its contents for a lower price from a different seller.
