There was a mix up with the post office (no fault of the seller) and it was delivered to a wrong address. The seller was quick to respond to my inquiry and was willing to work with me through the retrieval process. The item was finally located and delivered to me, and it arrived securely packaged and undamaged though the mailing sleeve had been through a rough time after having been sent.
