The shoes arrived in a bag without any cushioning. However, shoes arrived okay with a scuff that was removed by polishing. There is a crack on the back side of the right shoe, but this was shown on the photos provided by the seller, so I knew exactly what I was getting. Great value, and great price for this pair! Thanks!
