The box was torn up, most of the protective packaging was missing and the unit itself had a pretty big crack in the casing. The seller was easy to work with though and we agreed on a price that avoided me having to ship the item back. Although my item had issues, the product itself works great so far.

When it arrived it didn't work and had dirt and stains inside and out. When I contacted them they told me they would send out a new pump right away and give me money back for the hassle. Weeks later and they have not sent me a new pump and have stopped responding to messages. My kids have been waiting to play in the pool for weeks, by the time I return this and get a new pump summer will be over
