The earrings were well packaged in a padded bag. Truly value for money the earrings were in superb condition!! I highly recommend this seller, they are 10/10!!!

The seller responded to me on the same day, asking me to wait a few days and see if the package arrived. It did! The post office's fault, not the seller's. The seller was most gracious!!

I had already had very good communication asking questions from the seller about items, & I certainly received excellent care when bringing up a problem with damage during delivery.
