The club was shipped very fast and was packaged very well (protecting the club). The seller communicated very well throughout the process. The club is a great club which came with the head cover as described as well. I would purchase from this seller in the future without hesitation. There really isn't anything negative I can say about this transaction. Thanks

Communication was very strong with this company. Very professional in every manner. Damage was not there fault I know and yet they still took ownership of the situation. So if there is ever any doubt in your mind from this seller put it aside you can count on them for fast shipping and very reliable products. Buy buy buy!!!! Don't hesitate to buy from this seller. After a month of back-and-forth, with seller in the middle, I finally received the gap wedge. Seller had difficulty with Cleveland golf with whom the problem originated. The communication throughout the ordeal was great as I was apprised of the situation continually. The clubs were new as advertised and represented a substantial savings over the company website.
