She graciously offered to send another set via FedEx to make sure I got them. I did get both sets and I returned the 2nd set. The seller paid for the return shipping. I can't thank the seller enough.

The glasses were packed in the original foam container which protected each glass but the outside two glasses were broken. Seller was notified and graciously offered to have the whole package returned or receive a refund for the broken glasses. Refund was chosen and a very fair refund was immediately given. This is definitely a seller that stands behind their sales! Thanks and God bless!
