    Contacted seller to notify that the package did not arrive on time and would not arrive until 4 days later. Seller contacted me immediately & sent out a replacement for my (left side) wire/receiver for hearing. Seller was not at fault & was sympathetic, Much appreciated. Contacted seller to see if they had right side in stock for me to buy. Seller sent a message the next day stating the (right side) wire/receiver was in the mail. Seller never charged me. Excellent Customer Service!

    amazing doing business whit Dave , i am new to hearing aid and the audiologist ask me for $6000 for the exact same devices which i really can't ant afford it , i message dave ask a few questions that he answer very professional , i decided to make the purchase he gives me a shipping day ,after i want to change the color of the device and even it was a price diferet he changed at no extra cost i am very happy programing is working awesome i definitely will buy again
