On 11/21, still no item and no tracking. I reached out again. They initiated a missing mail search but *only a label had been generated at that point.* Seller said it had just been stuck in FL but tracking shows an ACCEPTANCE scan by USPS at the ORIGIN LOCATION (PR) on 11/26. Package rec’d 25 days after my order was placed. I missed the deadline on a massive project. We are sorry your package was lost and eventually delivered late to your destination. Even though we don't work with USPS, we know how frustrating it must be. We recommend communicating if you need a RUSH item beforehand and BUY Priority Mail instead of the cheapest option in delivery at the heaviest/slowest holiday season of the year (for future reference in case you have more massive projects).
