    Amazing and honest seller! Although never used, the little lip that sealed the drink spout broke off when I opened it, as the rubber was dry rotted. When I wrote the seller and sent photos they responded immediately and refunded. Was sad bc I couldn’t use the mug, but their interaction restored my faith in humanity a little. Also: fast shipping and careful packaging!
