I contacted seller and the response was very quick. Started a return and received a refund immediately. The seller has been great and understandable through the process and it's a shame the machine had a malfunction that can not be fixed. It was a used machine and listed as such. For the seller using stock photos, the printer I received looked brand new. Everything was included to run the printer except for filament, and manual as stated in description. The printer works perfectly as expected and has fairly low hours on it. Great price for lightly used product. I'd highly recomend purchasing from this seller.
