But they got aggravated and was either blaming me or USPS. Instead of resolving the situation. They were rude. Which tells me this seller won't listen or care resolve issues in the future regarding their items. Without him providing any photos of the damage I responded that it wasn’t creased when I sent and asked how he wanted to proceed. He stated he would like “ at least half off or he would leave a negative review”. Again providing no images to back his claim I said that I would never knowingly send a card in worse condition than stated and that my rating shows that.
