    My item arrived with $45.95 Postage Due! When brought to the sellers attention, I was accused of trying to scam the seller. Eventually the seller refunded my $32.15 (item$18.60 & $13.99 S/H) that I paid for the item and shipping. The seller than told me to enjoy my free item , that cost me more than the agreed upon amount. The seller obviously had the shipping incorrect and blamed me for their mistake. Items sold should Never arrive Postage Due!
