I contacted the selle b/ they sent the correct book but whose condition was a little less than described. They communicated with me immediately. They apologized, gave me a full refund without my asking. I fully look forward to purchasing from them again. It provides revenue to fund local job training, education, and community programs that help people find employment and achieve financial stability. Thank you!

I pointed this out to the seller and although they looked for the missing item, they couldn't find it. The seller refunded the cost of the book plus they removed part of the shipping cost. This was a smooth transaction. I will continue to purchase more books from this organization. In fact I not only ordered a second set of books, which all arrived, I plan to order still more books in the future.
- 1***2 (5)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Últimos 6 mesesCompra verificadaI’m very satisfied with my purchase. Although it did arrive a few days late, it was definitely worth $18 for a densely packed, 1000 paged textbook with lots and lots of questions to reinforce your understanding. In terms of the seller and the condition of the book, the seller was very truthful in their description, and marked the book as “acceptable”. I’ve only explored a fraction of the book, and as far as I’m concerned, the majority is “good”. I’m very happy, it looks great, great quality.Fundamentals of Physics Extended (#286648984516)
