Not impressed at all, wrong colour is one thing but broken aswell, there was also a sticker on about it being a return so maybe if you are buying store returned items check what the box contains first before posting it to people who are expecting a working black toilet seat

I can wholeheartedly recommend the sellers as they are genuine people who are doing brilliantly. The item came well packaged, the item being double boxed,it just had an unfortunate defect that wouldn't have been difficult to miss by a cursory inspection. But other than that, the pricing and value would have been spot on and the item was as described.
