    The upper control arms arrived without issue, only negative is the advertised listing for this item doesn't show accurate information (does not come with hardware but says it does). This item also was missing some of the items to make it complete - I feel the company should provide anything missing since or at the very least state what is missing so you can make a truly informed decision. They are definitely brand new just a little dinged up from shipping (very poor packaging job).
