My particular watch was brand new and in the box. The shipping was hassle free, and I was able to track my order all the way through. The seller even gave me a link to the English instructions online as the instructions that came with the watch are in Japanese. I would absolutely use this seller again. Oh and I love the new watch (Casio Pro Trek prw-35tld)
