One thing I have an issue with was packaging: if 2 more minutes were spend extra to make sure the box is safe, the item would have arrived at my door as in the pics, perfect. Instead it was put next to the wall of a soft box, so the product box was deformed during transport. So.. instead of a perfect box, I have a less than perfect one.
