Item arrived broken and dented not as described in listing. the value of the lamp shade was doable even with the expensive shipping. I reached out to seller, and they asked me what I wanted to do about it. I told them I would send it back in a secured box with Styrofoam for a refund as the item I bought is not usable and not worth fixing if it's even possible to fix it and I have gotten no response back. Looks like I'm out the $100 bucks
