Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed due to the item being marked as "unreachable'' nearly 6 times (18th - 30th), which was completely beyond my control. Despite that, I was never contacted aboout any issues, and no opportunity was given to resolve it before this negative feedback was left. I always stand behind my items and would have gladly helped if given the chance.
