The filters are exactly as described in the listing, & it was a good deal, original Brita filters at a fraction of the retail price. Not only that, I received 3 more filters (right size btw) in the package. I was anxious about the delivery time & that was taken care of too. They were packaged & mailed straight away, receiving them within 48 hours, & the seller kept me informed all the way. Highly recommend.

Most disappointing was the delivery time, item was delivered 5 days later than stated time, which inconvenienced me as this was a present and so ended up having to buy another gift because product was delivered late. Packaging could be improved as well.
