Slightly weird design in that the hanging loop is not lined up with the back of the pieces making them hang poorly unless you can use a long enough nail, but that's not the seller's fault. Seller was flawless, thank you.

I contacted the supplier who has arranged for the damaged one to be collected and a replacement to be delivered at the same time.
