I looked up Maryland's and saw, oddly, only ~6%. Could eBay err? How?

The seller accepted my offer so that was their first great move to make the sale, & then they proceeded to package the car well, shipped it out quickly and ensured it was delivered to me in the condition as pictured & described! Even better, I was able to clean off the little bit of debris that it showed, so that made me even more happy! So, it was a positive transaction with a reliable seller eager to make a deal!
