When it did arrive, the CD came out the compartment and somewhat damaged. Everything else came fine and it is indeed new. The value of the item was worth it. I’m just upset about the CD damage, though they only offered a refund if I returned it, but I just simply don’t have time to do that. Overall, I’m not too happy but I guess everyone’s experience is different.

The outer box was only slightly bent in places but it was probably a mix of handling during shipment and the material the album is originally packaged in. It was received as described and had all inclusions. I’m glad to have purchased at an unbeatable price.

I really appreciate the customer service. Items are as described from what I can tell and the value was great. Although shipped in a poly mailer the albums arrived safely.
