Seller has a very generous refund and return policy in case of issues with the 3D print and is excellent at communication, but this print was good to go on the first try and didn't have any issues installing into the case - if anything, easier than some real deal metal I/O shields I've worked with. Would recommend!

Was very clear with communication and got a 3-d printed one very quickly. Shipping was surprisingly fast, and he even gave me a second io shield that looks perfect after the first one had a minor cosmetic imperfection. Honestly, it would have been fine in a small envelope with a stamp. No way this could get damaged it's just a 3d printed IO plate. I was sent three I’m not sure if the last one does fit the pc as I had to get the pc built soon as it was a gift, but I like that the seller is willing to send another io shield if there’s issues with one of the io shields. Also ships pretty fast.
