They packaged it very well for shipping. However, UPS dropped it very hard and chipped the corner of the speaker. I contacted the seller and they responded within minutes. They were very easy to work with and very understanding with this issue and we were able to work it out together. I am very happy with my speaker and my experience. I got the game for a good price so in the end I am happy with Purchase would recommend seller.
