Without him providing any photos of the damage I responded that it wasn’t creased when I sent and asked how he wanted to proceed. He stated he would like “ at least half off or he would leave a negative review”. Again providing no images to back his claim I said that I would never knowingly send a card in worse condition than stated and that my rating shows that. He then left this review.
