The boxes itself were of course new and sealed in a perfect condition as described in the offer. Additionally they were wrapped in extra foil layers for additional protection. The contact with the seller throughout the whole time starting from the purchase of the item to its delivery was top class with a fast response on every asked question about the shipping and a delivery status update. A+++ without any doubt!

The order arrived today which was a lot quicker than I thought it was going to be delivery time wise. The deck builder itself was securely wrapped and packaged with bubble wrap protection, it is brand new and still sealed as described. Will definitely order from here again if there's any more YuGiOh box deck builders I'm interested in the future! :)

However, I was disappointed to find it was not the 1st press release but a restocked limited edition, so it didn’t include the trading card. I had asked about this beforehand, so it was frustrating to receive the wrong version. The seller did apologise but didn’t offer a solution. I believe it was an honest mistake, and I would still recommend this seller.
