This introductory video precedes the series of three workout videos (followed by INTERMEDIATE MATWORK and ADVANCED MATWORK) designed by former professional dancer Moira Stott-Merrithew for use in a Pilates-style studio. At only 28 minutes, it will prepare you for the exercises learned in the next three levels. But all you really need to get a great workout is the video, the drive, and your own mat to leave you looking and feeling stronger and more toned.
